Guppysnail
My eyes are terrible I don’t see anything but jumping pond bugs make me think springtails
Various Vivaria
I agree with @Guppysnail, those look like springtails, they are beneficial as they eat mold, and the fish will eat them.
PedroPete
I agree - Springtails aka Collembola - generally not considered a pest and fish will eat them if they can catch them. (My mini ponds get them, too.) Edited September 26, 2021 by PedroPete addition
Keeg
While they're beneficial to the tank, if you want to get rid of them, remove any floating plants from the surface (these make the food) and provide very arid air around the surface as they also need humidity.
Alec
@KeegIs there a way to remove these from my plants before I move them to the mini pond. I want to keep them indoors over winter, but don't want the bugs. I removed the plant for now to try and get rid of whats left of them in the mini pond. Anything that will kill them? I'm actually not convinced they are Mosquitoes. I had a few little bugs flying around the mini pond.

Fish like to eat the springtails so, win win? Spring tails dont fly so I dont know what the flying ones you're describing are.
