Filter pads

Since @Cory won't send any love to Australia, I've been looking at some local options. My wish list at the moment includes:

• fertiliser (or maybe root tabs)
• sheets of fine filter pad
• pre filter sponge
• course sponge filter
• nano quiet air pump and stone
• test strips

Regarding the sheets of filter pad, I've seen a lot of cotton version for sale - how do these compare to wool? I assume wool is better? I'm thinking of getting this: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/202920882091

On the air pump - this item looks like the one the co-op sells: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/154196845820, so I'm thinking of grabbing that as well.

Any advice on fertiliser or root tab buying alternatives would be welcome 🙂

Look into polyester pillow stuffing.

i wouldnt want cotton or wool, polyester type materials wont rot in the water.
