I have done a "planted saltwater aquarium" full of different types of macro some years back. If fowlr I must say Fuzzy Dwarf Lion would be on my list.

I originally had plans for my tank to be FOWLR but debating on maybe doing some softies but not get to crazy on them. I love GSP and yes I know its a weed but its always been my favorite. That and zoanthids..

Still building it out. ATM running a finnex 30" stingray but that will swapped to something else most likely.

Kept a group of 4 of these last year. Awesome fish. Just found the daily feeding of live baby brine to be bit much for me. I did get them on frozen daphnia and cyclops though. Certainly a fish I might reconsider down the road. Be very curios on how your breeding project goes.

Just curious who all here on the forum keep marine tanks. Can be FOWLR or Reef. Pico to large tanks. I have been keeping marine for the past 20 years with back and forth interest. Recently just redid my 29 gallon aquarium to become marine (don't worry I still run freshwater tanks in my home, wife even wanted one in our newborns room). Running this marine build a little bit old school. Please show your builds if you can 🙂

We have a mix of some java moss, water sprite, pogostemon and Brazilian pennywort in our betta tanks. Basically trying a few different plants to see what does well while giving bettas some cover and help control nitrates.

For Betta Splendens species they go up front since they already come from an isolated system at the vendors. We do still treat the racks with the QT trio meds. Wild bettas/other bettas I do put in the QT room and treat.

@lefty omight need to trade mark that name. Another area I always wanted to play in is brewery or distillery but the wife may have something to say about that. Figure out how to make a good GF beer. Name would be "Garage Monster _______" garage monster is my code name for that huge oddball fish in your garage.

I do BBQ usually weekly on my off days. Been playing with Tri Tip of late.
