DLBELL1969
I picked up 3 red dwarf lilly bulbs from Aquarium Co-Op. Two have finally started showing signs of life. Noting at all out of the third. Any idea how long it should take before I give up on the 3rd or just leave it be an keep waiting?
DSH OUTDOORS
As long as the bulb is firm leave it in. If you check on it and it goes from the current firmness to squishy take it out as it is rotting. 1

SWilson
If it's staying sunken and firm (as opposed to floating) it should be ok. Assuming there's nothing happening on the underside, right? I had an order of three from the Coop where one just didn't do anything for several weeks, and it kept floating up, I sent a picture and email to Candy and she refunded me.
DLBELL1969
It has always stayed on the bottom, and we roll it every other day to make sure nothing has started coming out of the bottom. Did the same with the other 2 before we could actually tell what side the leaves were coming out of.
gardenman
I have two now. My first one came on January sixth and has done nothing. It hasn't rotted, but it's done nothing. The Coop sent me a replacement that came with a tiny pink shoot already and it's grown great! The first of its leaves just hit the top of the tank and it's great! I'm just leaving the original until it either rots or grows. I'm more expecting it to rot than grow at this point. I may move it outside in May and see if the sun motivates it to sprout.
