There is another YouTube (big saltwater channel )that has done this test. The simple answer... I would run filter/carbon 24 hours and a water change. It was a bag of carbon that came with an old filter that I never used. I cut it open and put half (roughly a small handful) into a mesh bag I had and saved the other half.
