Sink wood in an established tank?

I’m recently found driftwood I want to put in a established tank. It’s a 75g aquarium with plants that I would prefer were not affected.
The wood has been soaking for long enough that it is probably not going to sink on its own anytime soon. Ideally the weights would be minimal so it doesn’t look like they were zip tied to the wood.
how would you recommend weighing down the wood to put in a full tank?

Easiest is to put it in place and then set a large rock/dragon stone, whatever will look decent in your tank on it. Eventually it will stay down. You can also leave the rock in there permanently if you can make it look aesthetically pleasing to you. Alternatively, you could try wedging it in your tank under stuff or against the glass, drill it and add in some weights, partially bury it under some substrate, or glue/silicone some rocks/weights to the bottom/back of the wood where it will be unseen. Just some ideas, hopefully one will work!
