JessTheMess92 Posted February 7, 2021 Share Posted February 7, 2021 I've noticed all my platies have been exhibiting mating behavior and some of them have gotten fat. So I'm not sure if they are pregnant or have dropsy. As far as I can see they don't have scales protruding from the sides. My temp is 78 my ammonia and nitrites are 0 and nitrates is 5 heavily planted Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you have a male in the tank or they have been exposed to males before, they are almost guaranteed pregnant.
