Tank parameters i need help

I have had these parameters for ever and can't seem to lower the nitrates. What do I do?

Do you have plants? How often do you change the water and what volume do you change?

You have to water change the nitrates out. Check you tap water nitrate levels and see what you’re working with. You might have to buy the large 5G jugs of water to if your nitrates are high out of the tap.

I have many plants and no nitrates in my tap. Weekly water changes and 25-35 % because I have shrimps.

You can do 2x weekly for a while to reset the tank OR depending on the shrimp you may get away with 50% changes...OR you can actually do a gradual serial dilution. This means you do a 25% change, wait for water temp to stablize, do a second 25% change immediately and repeat until you have your nitrates down. Then watch closely to see how long the nitrates take to rebound to previous levels. 

If you fertilize, you may be over doing it. If you aren't you may be over feeding.
