When my discus were smaller they didn't bother the Neocaridina, but as the discus got larger the shrimp slowly disappeared. I shot this video a couple of weeks prior to the discus starting to eat the shrimp:

Ron Hudson
Hey great list to study! Will these be ok 82-85 degrees?
Kirsten
Oof, tough to say. Not much other than Discus can survive 85 every day. A quick googling says maybe amanos, loaches, and maybe nerites, but their ranges seem to top off at 85. I think you'd have to slowly acclimate them to get them to be okay that high all the time.
Ron Hudson
Thanks Kristen. Thinking of amano shrimp, steribai coorydoras and some kind of snail... at 82 degrees. What about that cleaning crew?
