90 Gallon tank light to moderately planted (working on increasing). Tank has rainbows, cardinal tetras, apisto and 8 Panda Corydoras.

I am looking to add some cherry shrimp. Would they go together well with the 8 Corydoras?

the cory's wont be a big issue. they might get a few newborns, but the other fish are likely to be kinda hard on a shrimp population. id increase the amount of plants/hiding spots, and then if you really want to try them, buy a small number as a trial run.

If you don’t have rhads or pseudo’s then your rainbows will snipe those shrimp before they hit the substrate. The apisto won’t have a chance.

Weird none of the those aquarium stocker calculators say Rainbow/Cockatoo will kill the shrimp. Thanks for warning gang.

The pandas will be great. But eggs are among their favorite foods. Including their own. So wouldn’t worry about adult shrimp. It’s the Apisto going to get the adults, as has been mentioned.

Panda is fine, but Apisto is the trouble maker here, everyone has already stole my words 😄
