Co2 Refill Locations?

Hello all!

I live in Washington state, Puget sound area.
I recently bought two 5lb Co2 tanks from Green leaf Aquarium.

I can’t find anywhere here that fills or refills tanks. Only exchanges which would mean I’d loose my shiny new GLA tanks.

Air Gas won’t do it. Local welding shops won’t do it. Home brew shops won’t do it

AAA fire protection in Fremont fills tanks but they told me GLA tanks are cheap Amazon tanks and explode so they won’t fill them.

Any advise on where I could go to fill these locally and retain my original GLA tanks?

I appreciate ANY help as I’ve exhausted myself calling and googling for the past week with no success. I’m so confused by it all.

They may have a point. In which I'd be cautious with them. If welding shops won't touch them, I might be careful with them. just because it's nice and shiny doesn't always mean it functions well. And Amazon is getting bad about selling pure junk, unfortunately

I am in the Puget Sound area also and i have never found a place to re fil tanks. I just swap mine out. I know it means you won't have that shiny new tank look but it's the only way I have able to do it.
