Does this look like internal parasites?

Got this puffer a few days ago and noticed he digest his food very fast. First picture is right after eating and second picture is 3 and a half hour later. What do you guys think?

 

  • pH: 7.5
  • Nitrates: 10-20
  • Hardness: ??
  • Nitrite: 0
  • Ammonia: 0
  • KH/Buffer: ??
  • Water Temperature : 27-30C

@Attack_muffin If i get any puffers here I try and dose for internal parasites to clean them up of any issues; especially if they are eating well and still have that look.

I generally treat for

1. [tapeworms and most possible parasites] with paracleanse (metronidazole& praziquantel)

2. then [roundworms and hookworms etc] with expel -P (Levamisole hydrochloride)

3. then [ tape/round/hook worms] 
Panacur C  (Fenbendazole)
