Jeff
I recently purchased a stand for my 20L tank I'm upgrading to last week. I finally got around to opening the box this weekend, and one of the pieces was gouged. On the instruction manual, they have a phone number and link to request replacement parts. I don't have much time during my work day to call (as their customer support via phone is only M-F), so I went online and submitted a claim. It asked for the model and lot number - which was right on the front of the manual. Today, I received a link with a tracking for my part that was shipped. My wife called to check on my claim, and their live customer support was super helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend Top Fin, as a brand, for your future purchases consideration!
Gannon
I once heard they are a petsmart store brand that sources some of their tanks and things from aqueon. Is this true? I have a 125 gallon tank I got from petsmart that used to be branded as aquaeon and now with the same stand and everything is branded top fin, or at least was branded as such at one point. Jeff
I bought it at Pet Smart. I'm not sure if it's a home grown PS brand or not.
quikv6
I had bought a 125 from Petsmart immediately after they used Aqueon tanks, but before the tanks were branded as TopFin. The tank was branded as North American Aquatics, which falls under North American Pet Products. Perhaps the TopFin brand was manufactured by them as well??? I had an issue with the lid hinges, and called them (NAPP) directly. They sent me new hinges directly with minimal hassle, and I did not have to go through Petsmart.
