Arbarbash
I have a 120g(48x24x24) that currently houses a fahaka puffer. I have a Fluval FX6 on it for filtration. The flow is good but it leaves dead spots in the front center of the tank and along the back glass. I have a second FX6 that I could hook up, but I was wondering if this would be overkill and I should just get a powerhead/wavemaker? Any and all suggestions on best flow in this tank to keep the sand clean would be great.
nabokovfan87
Have you tried the spray bar kit?
Arbarbash
I have not. I’ll look into it.

You could also add a wave maker on the opposite side of the tank to increase flow and prevent dead spots
