Surprise goldfish pond- help!

In May of this year, I made a couple of container ponds for my backyard. I thought I only added plants, but earlier this week I saw two goldfish!! My theory is some eggs hitched a ride on the plants I bought from my local pond shop.

I’ve never owned goldfish, so I’d love some advice. Should I move them inside to a tank, or leave them outside? All input is welcome!BC55A417-0B0D-4EDC-A8B1-FCD6AA078FE4.jpeg.7acb8186ddcebce3a8854a30b5c6d086.jpeg7DE5CE73-3698-4C69-8D45-2FD48EC10C7B.jpeg.d45e2d408364f295efa536be2f80cbf0.jpeg

Wow, the only free gifts I've ever received were snails

If you live in a warmer climate they can stay in the pond.  As your pond is above ground, I would plan on bringing them in over winter.  I have a friend who keeps gold fish in his inground pond year round in Ohio.  The pond will freeze over.
