Cube Tank Hunt

Trying to find a pair of tanks between 8-15 gallons with a footprint less than 18"x18". Aquatop makes this one, but they are currently out of stock, including at Aquatop themselves.

Anyone have ideas? I'm wondering if I have to go the custom route.

I have a Fluval cube that came as part of a their "Flora Plant" kit. its 14.5 gallons and a 15x15x15 inch cube. 

Other than it coming with a white background painted on and cant be changed I've been happy with it....it was a decent set up as far as starter kits go (Plant 3.0 Light, Aquaclear filter, etc.) . The Co2 stuff was the only component I ended up not using. 

I think you would have to commit to the whole kit though - I dont believe they have the tank as a standalone part number. 

I believe Ive seen similar Aqueon at Petco but have heard its extra critical to pad the bottoms on them so they dont torque.

I got my cube from Petco when they actually had that line of tanks for 50% off in 12/21. Was just the tank, lid, and neoprene pad. I bought the heater and the light in addition to the tank. 
 

They’re pricy when they’re not on sale, but if you’re patient enough you can snatch them up for pretty cheap.
