Red string things?

I notice these red strings that come out everytime my angelfish spawn, is this something to be worried about?

To me, that looks like it could be camallanus worms. If so, I would treat the tank with Expel-P right away. If you Google "camallanus worms angelfish" and look at images, it looks very similar/identical to what your photos show.

Good luck...and treat the tank if that's what it is.

Can aquarium salt also work while i wait for expel P, or no?

Unfortunately, aquarium salt won't do the trick. Once you get Expel P, make sure to dose appropriately...and you may have to do it a couple of time. The article linked above should help.

@DiscusLover black out the tank for 24 hours when dosing the med. It's broken down by the lights. 😞

Minimum 3 treatments.  Here is the video on the method of treating for worms.
