Ogpulchra
I bought 5 glass heaters and 3 out of 5 sound a bit like a kettle before it starts whistling when they are heating. Anyone ever experience this sound with an aquarium heater or know what could cause it? I let each one sit in the aquarium for a couple of hours before plugging in. 2 out of the 3 haven't been exposed to air since I put them in. They've all been placed next to sponge filters. The sound takes 2-3 days to start. Help!
