Hally M.
Sorry it’s hard to see in the photo. They’re so small my camera wouldn’t focus on it. They’re all over my wood and I found some on the glass. I traded some plants with a friend of a friend recently. So I wouldn’t be surprised if this is the beginnings of a Planaria outbreak. I have loads and loads of snails so I’ve very concerned. If it does look like Planaria any tips for how to rid of them quickly would be appreciated!! I’ve dealt with them before and was never able to get rid of them and just had to throw out the tank.
TheSwissAquarist
There are lots of kinds of little worms in aquariums, but there is a chance of planaria. Do you have any shrimp in that tank?

Jennifer V
Might be detritus worms or rhabdocoela too so don't panic just yet. Maybe look up all three kinds and see if you find a match. Or try to send a photo again.
