Apistos in hard water

You are pushing the limit but if you want to experiment with a fish borelli is probably your best bet; but i would not. There are some wonderful ca (central america) dwarf cichild that will do better though your water is still pretty hard even for them. An example of such a fish is rainbow cicihld (there are several others some a little smaller others a little bigger). If you want a rock type landscape there are several african species to consider.
