sapling Posted October 16, 2022 Posted October 16, 2022 I previously asked for help because of a diatom bloom. I think I fixed that but as soon as it was fixed now I have what looks like hair algae. Can someone identify what this is and the best way to treat it?
Guppysnail Posted October 16, 2022 Posted October 16, 2022 This will kill the algae on your plants so they survive your outbreak. Chemical free non toxic no damage to healthy leaves. It will prune the unhealthy leaves for you. Cut back on light and fertilizer. Vac really well and do a few extra large water changes and it should settle down. 1
T. Payne Posted October 16, 2022 Posted October 16, 2022 I would recommend as guppysnail said and do a blackout. 1 1
