1.) Favourite fish?

Either Oscar’s or rummynose tetra depending on mood.

2.) Least favourite fish?

Hard for me to think this way, I have enjoyed all species I’ve kept. I’ll have to say Ive never had interest in swordtails or mollies.
3.) Favourite fish YouTuber?

Cory for sure.

4.) Favourite non-fish YouTuber?

5.) Favourite food?

Cajun shrimp pasta, my wife’s recipe is amazing. I love her a lot😊

6.) What fish would you like to be the most?

If permanent orca, but if only for a day definitely a mbuna. How they weave and duck in and out of caves and such looks like such fun. I’d be down for that for sure!

7.) What was your scariest moment?

At a wedding reception in mountains of Tennessee was watching some children play by the bank of a stream while holding my 2 year old son, started wading further away from the bank. When I got to about the center of the stream I really noticed how strong the current was. Obviously this was not a good idea, as I turned to return to the bank one of my aqua shoes slipped off my foot so now I realize how incredibly slippery the stream rocks are, my shoes had good grip but I only have one. Little over knee deep with my 2YO clinging to my neck. Time seemed to slow and every move I made I felt less secure about my footing also I was to frightened to yell for help, thinking I would freak out and lose my head or my footing. It felt like an eternity but I finally made it to the bank, that was over 20 years ago but sometimes it feels like it just happened earlier in the day and creates so much anxiety 😦. 

8.) What country do you want to visit the most?

I have no desire to travel out of USA anytime soon but I could be talked into Scotland. 

9.) Cats or dogs?

Dogs for sure although cats are so cool sometimes, dogs are cool all the time.

10) Describe yourself in 3 words.

Focused, unfocused, huh?

11) Pancakes or Waffles?

Pancakes on even days waffles on odd another mood answer.

12) What is your favorite song?

Sara smiles, preformed on live at Daryl’s house by Daryl hall and Smokey Robinson with ohh baby baby at the end.

13) What do you dislike most about the aquarium hobby, and why?

This might be selfish or laziness but scientific names 😳 I can’t remember anything latin italic especially if it’s wrote on an angle and kinda cursive 😬

14) What is your favorite TV show?

Ink master 

15) What is your greatest fear?
Being without family 
16) What is or was your favorite subject in school, and why?

Art, I’ve always steered towards creative or hands on education as my go to.

17) Do you keep live aquarium plants? If so, what types?

Yes, vallisneria, anubias , crypts, moss, and a few stem plants. 

18) Do you love or hate pest snails?
Love a great help for cleaning and reproduce fast enough to meet my pea puffers.
19) Do you enjoy gardening?

Never really took interest till this past season my wife started a small one and I did enjoy helping her at times. We already planing a better garden for next year.

20) What do you love most about the aquarium hobby?

Creating an environment where the inhabitants feel comfortable enough to breed. That’s kinda my benchmark for a healthy positive aquarium. 

21) What was the biggest mistake you've made so far in the hobby, and what has it taught you?

It’s a mistake I think I still make way to often.  Not being patient, it has cost me a lot of $$$ thinking I have to have this today. I am learning though impulse buying is slowed way down and I’m cycling 2 tanks now fishless, I’ve always fish in cycled my tanks.

22) Burgers or Pizza?

Pizza and it’s not even close. Pizza is a staple of my diet 2-3 times a week. Burgers maybe 1 a month.

23) What is your favorite aquatic animal?

Beavers, they are brilliant carpenters😎

24) What is your dream tank or something you want to accomplish in this hobby?
My 125G would work or anything bigger that would just determine how many fish would go in. A massive school of rummynose tetra. I’m trying to breed them now to try and make this a reality. 
25) Favorite candy?

Rolos with whatchamacallit a very close second.

26) What is your favorite book?

Play poker like the pros by Phil hellmuth 

Inspired me to take the game seriously and I’ve been down in the deep rabbit hole since.

(I am not a pro or even a serious player just love the theory and gamesmanship)

27) What other things do you do for fun outside of the hobby?

Spending time with the family, I’m mostly a homebody and when I do anything/ go anywhere its with them. I enjoy conversations mostly
