Alec Posted May 15, 2022 Share Posted May 15, 2022 I built this pond last year and I had some green water issues. This year so far I am already having issues. I put up a sun shade to help with the sun but it didn't seem to help. All winter and early/late spring/fall it is clear. Is there anything I can do to help make it clear. I want to get more floating plants for it but they are quite a distance away from me. I would like to see the fish in the pond. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

PineSong Posted May 15, 2022 Share Posted May 15, 2022 @Alec, I just put one bale of the barley straw in my pond about three days ago and it's cleared quite a bit--I could see zero before and now I can see about 25%.
