White Bump or Cyst on Green Neon Tetra

I have noticed a small white bump on the side of my green neon tetra. The tetra is the smallest out of the school. I need some help on identifying what it exactly is and what I should do about it. Should I put it in the quarantine tank? There is also another tetra that looks like it can't keep itself straight and it always is trying to.

pH: 6.4-6.8

Ammonia: 0 ppm

Nitrite: 0 ppm

Nitrate: <30

Temperature: About 78 Degrees Fahrenheit

Honestly. You don’t really need to know exactly what it is. If you’re unsure, remove them, and treat them with a trio of meds that covers everything. You’ll end up spending more time trying to figure out what it is rather than treating the fish
