Hi all, I was inspired by @Patrick_G's Worlde Thread and have decided to share a version of Wordle That I have been Playing.

This Version is called Worldle and consists of geography instead of words, I have had an incredibly fun time playing this game.

I dedicate this thread to fellow forum members so that they can post their results of this fun game which can be found at this Link

Though I would start out posting todays successful attempt

🤣 I missed it! Shame

1. I didn't read the directions and thought you could only guess countries.

2. I didn't notice that @Dwayne Brown already gave away the solution.

I've been enjoying this one as well! Got it in 3 today. All those fjords certainly helped narrow down the area to look.

I do use a map, but usually after my first guess. I would never get it without a map.

And a helpful hint, try not to use large countries to triangulate. When the answer was Ukraine sometime last week it told me it was thousands of km away from Russia. It must go by the center of the country or something?

Glad your enjoying it. I have no Idea what they use to calculate distance I though it was the capitol but I know that moscow is not over a thousand miles from kyiv. I've never used a map before to solve it before, but I will admit this is one of my first correctly solved ones.

I was correct that it was a pacific island chain but ran out of guesses.

I was close as well but I'm not that well versed in the south pacific islands. Looks like I need to crack open my atlas LOL.

@Patrick_G Today's was hard! I lucked out and picked a country directly next to it to begin, but I had trouble finding a map that actually showed today's answer. I used several other close countries that I knew were wrong to know exactly where I should be looking, but most of the maps I pulled up didn't have it at all.

@Patrick_G Great job. I had no Idea what this could be until I remembered that Julius Cease stopped at a small village of present day Monaco to end his Greek campaign and that it was in maritime alps.

Not my first guess, but I didn't need a map! Playing this game is improving my geography knowledge. Slowly but surely.

Yeah that the thing I love about this game, even when your wrong your still learning.

Took a lot of brain power to keep it to two.
