I have never personally seen this, I’m going to flip through some of my goldfish books to see if I can find out specifically what it is, but my best guess at this moment is bacterial, it looks sort of like it could be and bacterial infections can happen in the wen more easily, is it semi see through/transparent or a solid bump?
