Add a power head or wave maker?

Hey there. I’ve got a 75g tank with an fx4 filter. Intake is on the left side and the output is on the right side. Would there be any benefit of adding a wave maker or power head in the tank? Is so where? Thanks!

Yes, benefits circulation to decrease amount of stagnant or dead space where water don’t move well. Or can help spread warm water to heat more efficiently. In my 75G I have African cichlids so it’s a fairly heavy bio load so to keep everything stirred up into the water column. I have 2 marineland C360 canister filters, a large ACO sponge filter, a 10 inch bubble wand, then my small circulator (wave maker) which every few days I’ll change it direction. 
I also use a ACO powerhead in my 125G on top of an ACO large sponge filter. I use this for straight current. Not so much pin pointing dead areas.

both are very useful in more ways than I’m using them for too.

Are you experiencing any places where debris accumulates?  If not, I think you will be fine.
