I've bought two diff regulators from co2 art and love them both.  If you dont wanna spend the money I think NilocG  has a set thats less than $150 that are popular too. But thats  just the gauges you than have to buy the tubing, check valve and diffuser too so by the time your done your pushing $200 to $250.  If you go with CO2 art they have complete packages for 3

If you don't mind doing a mini lab experiment about every 45 - 60 days this 4L co2 generator kit for $166 might be worth considering.

I use this 2L for my 37 gallon and I recharge the ingredients about every 25 - 35 days. If I were to use one for a 55 gallon I would upgrade to the 4L above.

I did a cost analysis and it's just under $6 for the raw ingredients for the 2L and $12 for the 4L.

My only gripe with the one I have is the needle valve is a a bit touchy and I can only adjust +- 0.4-0.6 bubbles per second. Otherwise its solid build, no leaks and no gas dumps.

I have a generator through another company but yes they work great especially for smaller tanks when you're just supplementing co2 and not running it to get a full point ph drop.

Have recharged as well 5 times and have no dump as well, it just kinda stops
