CorydorasEthan
Ugh another guppy problem. Some look skinny, have fungus, or fin rot. I'm really confused and stressed since I also have finals this week. Please help identify and treat the illness. Thanks.

I am doing a water change and adding crushed coral to help. No new additions, it's been a few months since I've added any fish. They are still eating it looks like, but some do appear to be skinnier. CorydorasEthan
@Colu Several of the guppies have these sort of white spots. They are eating fine and not losing weight but have the spots. Is this ich, or is this some kind of fungal disease? What do I do to cure it? Colu
It doesn't look like ich but the pictures aren't the best quality ich looks like grains of salt on the fins and body is just female or male guppy's that are affected if it's just females it could be the males being to vigorous when trying to mate rubbing the backs of the females causing some miner damage what you could is add a small amount of aquarium salt 1 table spoon for 5 gallons and increase water changes for a couple of day Edited December 31, 2021 by Colu
laritheloud
It's hard to tell from the picture, but it does kind of look like peeling scales from superficial damage.
