Rudles
Most videos I've watched say there's not much to do about a bacterial bloom. While it seems to have improved a bit after a 50% water change on Tuesday I'm wondering if there's anything else I can do to get past this? TheChosenOne
if you have some fine filter floss that you can use in your hang on back, that would probably help. But other than the look no real reason to fight past it. I always look at the bloom as a good thing on a new tank. Means things are kicking off. If that was to happen after a water change I'd probably feel different.

Rudles
Thank you all. I am running filter floss in my Tidal 55. I change it about every third day. I don't rinse the sponge in the bottom of the filter basket though so as to preserve my BB.
