Adrian Rodriguez
I recently got into breeding the german blue rams and got a pair of Black rams. They have breed a couple of times but I don’t know how to keep the genes healthy and not excessively line breed them. Do I need to buy just black rams from a different breeder or can I breed the with regular rams and the breed them to black again? How can I do this? Keeg
It'll be a lot easier to just find some different black rams to breed with your baby rams when they get to their breeding age. To keep genes at their strongest, I wouldn't line breed at all.
Mmiller2001
Buy wild caught and use those to breed.
