So funny to find this today. When I moved to my new house , I lost all the beloved fish in my 20 gallon. ( The other tanks were fine) this included 6 panda cories who I had for almost a year. I left it up to keep the plants alive while I decided what to do. I decided to take the tank to my classroom where it was set up prepandemic. When I emptied it, I found 1 tiny baby panda. I had no idea they were breeding. Never saw eggs. Anyway, I named him Milagro. It means miracle. I put him in my rili shrimp tank. Life finds a way.

I have a 20 gallon planted community tank in my classroom and found out I'm switching classrooms(JOY!) I was planning on taking the fish themselves home for the summer anyway (plenty of room in existing tanks) So what should I know about moving this tank? Obviously it has to be drained. Any tricks, tips or thoughts? TIA Lena
