I may have just taken too long to take the picture. All of my fish are thriving. My black mollies, similis shellies, and even my sterbi corys and panda corys spawn regularly.

Seasoned tanks (3+ years). Co-op multi-test strip results below. Water change due on Saturday for this particular tank.

I'm a black thumb in general, but I'm desperate to try to grow plants in my (9) tanks. My water is very low Ph, low Kh, medium Gh. I add crushed coral to try to raise up the Ph and Kh. Any ideas on what plants (low tech only) I might be able to keep alive in acidic water? substrate varies from tank to tank. 3 tanks have biohome gravel, 2 have sand, 1 has standard aquarium gravel, 1 small riverstone gravel, and 2 that have fluval stratum. 10gal up to 75 gallons in tank sizes.

So my well (dug 1 year ago) suddenly started having a STRONG rotten egg smell, which I have been told is hydrogen sulfide. I am going to try to treat the well with bleach over several months as recommended, but I have no option but to use this water for my water changes. (I have 10 tanks ranging from 10 gallons to 75 gallons so buying water from the store is not an option). Does anybody know of or recommend any additives that may help reduce the amount of hydrogen sulfide going into my tanks, so my fish might survive this? Or any other recommendations in general... I do have carbon filters on my well, and as I said am treating the well itself with bleach as recommended. I am looking for an endpoint solution. Thanks in advance for any ideas!

How long will freshly hatched baby brine shrimp last (safe to feed)? will refrigeration extend that time? Should it be store in a sealed container or in a container that is open to the air?

I have a 75 gallon tank with an undergravel filter and a hang on back in use. I'd like to leave both of those in place an running. Right now, I have artificial plants, but I would love to put some real plants in the tank. This is nearly impossible with the undergravel filter, but as I said, I don't want to remove the undergravel filter. Can I use the Easy Planter that Aquarium-CoOp sells to hack the plants so that I can have both plants and the undergravel filter in the same tank?
