It look like it could be red blotch disease it a common disease of corydoras I would treat with maracyn2 and aquarium salt 1table spoon for 3gallons your Tetras won't get red blotch disease they should be fine

I have looked in my ian.a.m fuller corydoras book and can't find a cory with that pattern on body and black mask overs eyes there are similar corys not the quiet the same

24 hours of light will encourage a lot more algae in your tank and on plant leaves

Just looked it up I think it's Betta smaragdina from Thailand
