I would treat the 75 as its an on going problem and Qt the sick fish so you can use salt and general cure at same time

It looks like hole in head disease i would treat with API general or paracleanse and salt at 1table spoon for 2gallons l have read they is link between active carbon and hole in head disease I would remove carbon from filter do a water change to remove remaining carbon residue and start treatment

Do not add fish till your reading 0 on nitrites do small Daly water changes till nitrites come down I add small amount of fish food to tank Daly to feed beneficial bacteria and help it cycle

You have put to many fish in the tank to quickly the tank is still cycling need to get ammonia and nitrites down as a priority or you will loses more fish

I would recommend using maracyn incase of develops secondary bacterial infection hole in the head is link to poor water conditions and diet what do you feed your corydoras
