Ms. Fancy Fish Posted March 21, 2021 Share Posted March 21, 2021 HELP. I purchased 2 fancy goldfish on Friday afternoon. Added them to a 10gallon quarantine set up with an extra sponge filter from my main tank with other fancies. Water was treated with prime and quarantine meds were added seconds before fish were acclimated and physically added. Both were behaving healthily when purchased. Even after having added them to quarantine tank. NOW... the smaller of the 2 is hovering in the water nose down majority of the time and looks to be barely breathing. Is it dying?? Will it hurt if I salt for a couple weeks once all that is done?
