Identifying plants - Help

The first plant was sold to me as a Java Fern, however it really looks like a crypt of some sort. Can someone clarify for me.

Second plant did not have a label, several little plants in the plant wool with long roots. 

I don't want to plant them in substright if ment to be on wood or rock and vice versa.

Those are all crypts. The top one looks like tropica to me, and the little ones could be almost anything. Lutea maybe, or maybe they were emmersed and will convert to a redder tinge. Congrats, those are really nicer than Java Fern in my experience.

@Brandy Thank you very much. I was 99% sure the first one was a crypt but no clue on the second.  I am really looking forward to planting them with some root taps now and watching them fill out.
