Desert Goby Care

Recommended Posts

Seriously fish is a great resource. I’ve kept them before and had them spawn. Our water is a little on the hard side but they are pretty adaptable. The males can be hard on the females and you may need to separate them. Ours would spawn in 3” seed pod and the male would stay with the eggs until hatched. If you want to keep the fry and grow them out I’d pull the breeding site as soon as I saw a fry or sooner. Ours would eat everything from pellets to flake to frozen to live. We really enjoyed watching their antics, they are quite entertaining. Good luck!
