Administrators Cory Posted February 5, 2021 Administrators Share Posted February 5, 2021 We don't really do fish returns. Once a fish leaves our store it doesn't come back the same. We can't guarantee it didn't get an illness from a tank and therefore we have to put it back through quarantine. This means they get their own tank and another week of meds. Which with how small our store is comes at a considerable cost as normally there would be say 300 cardinal tetras in that tank for quarantine.
