MWilk
You have two simple options. You can leave it alone, provided they are in a safe spot with enough humidity, or just wait about 24 hours after they are laid and put them in a Tupperware container with a wet paper towel. Don’t let them fall in the water.
Justnotrook
I actually know tons about mystery snails as I have built up a lot of experience over the years. You can incubate the eggs as I would do, but recently I just keep the eggs on the glass since I get so many.
MWilk
I’ve got about a hundred or so blue and gold mystery snail babies In my 20L, I only remove the egg clutches when they lay them on the lid. If it’s on the sides of the tank, I leave them.

I don’t count them when they’re so small they blend in with my gravel (1.5-2.0mm)
