animbella2
Hey guys I need help, My African Dwarf frog named Dean looks like he is missing his front two limbs. He was fine until about four days ago. At first I thought it was just because of the position he was in but he has since moved and the limb still seems to be missing. One of the hands doesn't seem like the whole hand is missing, his claws are just shorter and very close to his arm. He seems to be having a little trouble with swimming, but is still able to rach the top of the 10 gallon tank. He lives with another frog named sam and a few other guppies, all of which seem fine. He is about 4.5 yrs old and I know that he is coming towards the end of his life but is this normal? The water levels are within the normal range and the water temperature has not changed that significantly. ANY help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you! Administrators Cory Posted November 22, 2020 Administrators Share Posted November 22, 2020 I don't think there is gonna be an easy answer for this. Pictures and water parameters may help, but currently not much to go on, other than being old as you've said.
