Electric Blue Acara Bump on Head

My Electric Blue Acara has developed this bump over the last 2 days. No other fish in the tank is showing any sign of illness.  Any ideas?

ammonia- 0, nitrite - 0, Nitrates 20, ph - 7.8, hardness 10-12, temp 78

Looks interesting…..right now I would  start with a tablespoon of aquarium saltper five gallons. Also if you have any almond leafs and Keep a real close eye on it. And also make sure your water is clean

Could be any injury have you noticed any aggression or possibly swim into something in the tank

I haven’t noticed anything out of the ordinary, however maybe he got spooked and ran into the driftwood or something. Would salt be helpful if it was injury?

Thanks for the advice, I think that is worth a shot to see if it helps

If you have live plants I wouldn't use more than 1 table spoon for 5 gallons just remember to only put back in what you take out so if you do a 5 gallon water change put 1 table spoon of salt back in as salt only removed though water changes
