Hanging Aquarium Light

I currently have all my lights hanging from a bracket like this

I have drywall and I used some drywall anchors for more security. But since I live in an apartment I do prefer if I’m not drilling into the wall. IMG_0388.jpeg.89fc494d1e0e92ec91341b5f180952cd.jpeg

I’ve used a conduit pipe before but it was already added when I had the stand made. I found a couple of stands on Wayfair that will work perfectly for the setup that I’m planning and I want to add conduit pipes or any sort of bar to the stand so I can hang the lights.

My issue is that I don’t know how to bend a conduit pipe and I don’t really wanna spend an extra $50-$100 for a pipe bender. I was gonna do some pvc pipes, paint them black and screw into the stand. But I wanted to check on here for some suggestions on other methods or get some advice if the pvc route will work.

Maker Pipe is great for making conduit structures. I'm planning to build a garden trellis with it this season, and upgrade my aquarium stand when I'm able to build my wife the terrarium she has been wanting.

My shop lights hang on a PVC stand I made a painted black. Not the prettiest, but works!

EDIT: Picture of PVC stand

They have benders that are easy to use, MD used to make brackets for hanging on the back of his tanks.
