Diffuser Location

So as of now I have a sponge filter on the right and the diffuser on the left, thinking that the sponge filter would pull the co2 over throughout the tank.  I did increase my bps, but some of the fish started gasping at the surface by the next day, so I backed off a bit.  They were back to normal in a few hours.

If you see Sprite water everywhere, you should be good to go.
