Are there any colder water carpeting plants?

I'm doing a native fish tank which is going to stay at room temperature.  The water probably won't drop below 60 degrees during the winter.  Is there a carpeting plant that can survive?  It is a dirted tank.

Most plants do better in cooler waters compared to the temps we keep them in our aquariums. It's rare in the wild that water temps actually get up to 78, and at night would drop much lower.
