WaterBox 120 Aquariums

Hi does anyone own any waterbox aquariums. I have the waterbox120 and using the stand that came with it. I always wondered if the overhang they all have is fine. The front of the aquarium overhangs a bit and is not really support.

Is it a stand assembly issue?  I am unfamiliar with the product, but it could be an error made when it was being assembled.

Honestly, that's pretty scary.  

I wonder if that's one of these things where the left hand didn't talk to the right hand. Like the team designing the stand didn't necessarily realize that all 4 sides needed to be load bearing? 🤔

i would say there was a manufacturing, and or an assembly error on that stand.

Is that the door part? Maybe the hinge needs adjusting. Check the comments here - it is mentioned: https://waterboxaquariums.com/products/aquarium-cabinets - I'd still contact the company though.

It looks weird but my guess is it’s fine, I have a rimless with an inch overhang all the way around the tank, it’s been trouble free for two years.
In your case I’d send the pic to the company and ask. I think the front panel is slightly misaligned and pressing down on the (cosmetic) top of the stand.

Thanks for the reply’s. I fixed up the front doors so there is not such a big gap there anymore. I’ve emailed waterbox. I’ll post their response here when they get back to me for anyone interested.
