Baby anubias nana petite I found in my tank

I found some very very tiny anubias nana petite while doing a water change I currently have them in a jar. They are so small that I am nervous about trying to plant them because I'm worried they will float up again and I'll lose them.

How can I grow them out in a jar so that they have enough size to them that I can actually plant them? They are about 3-4mm in size.

Just add an airstone, set em next to a window. You likely don't even need the window.  Airstone is mostly to help keep weird things from calling the water home.
