Quarantine snails and shrimp?

Just went through a terrible time with fish and a snail dying in a new tank. Now it’s under control , tank is cycled, and I want to slowly start adding fish and a clean up crew, but I’m scared. My question is do you need to quarantine Amani shrimp and snails before adding like you do with fish?

thanks!

Snails can only carry things transferable to fish that are in the water on them.  Shrimp same thing however shrimp are prone to their own set of diseases and parasites. I would quarantine and observe so you are able to see any of these things as shrimp hide a lot especially if they are ill.  Here is an article talking of the most common ailments to look for with pictures.  https://aquariumbreeder.com/understanding-dwarf-shrimp-diseases-and-parasites/
