Bladderwort is a plant not a snail.  If it were bladder snails it would not be an issue.

I’m newer to bladderwort but that looks like the humped bladderwort I bought for the shrimp tank. It’s actually a beautiful plant IMO. I originally found it in some Riccia fluitans I bought and loved it so bought more. Glass on the left is humped glass on right wild collected in Florida.
