squidpie
Title kinda says it all. I’m trying out houseplants after success with my planted tanks and I’m wondering if I could use like a 1/2 tsp of easy green and add it to my plants that are being propagated in water as well as just adding a tiny amount to the jug I water with every few months. Just a thought but idk if I’ll try it out. Gonna look into the ingredients more etc
Guppysnail
I just put a squirt in my jug every week or so to water. When propagating houseplants I have better luck not adding anything to get them to root. Once they establish roots I ad a teeny bit the week before I plant. pcb09
i just siphon out used fish tank water into 1 gallon milk jugs and use that to water house plants and the plants on the back deck / front porch. They have never looked better.
Scapexghost
You can use it, but ordinary liquid fertilizers are stronger and cheaper. The only reason we don't use them in fish tank is bc theyll harm the fish. If no animals are involved theres no reason not to use them.
Flumpweesel
As @Scapexghostsays it's a very expensive way of feeding houseplants. I use tank water predominantly on my plants . Previously I have used liquid houseplant fertz that you dilute.
